| 工作描述： |
1. Assist Field Operations Manager to take responsibility for all activity relating to the field service and internal service operations Provide flawless delivery of Services and Products to our clients SAFELY with no complaints
2. Assure correct asset tracking and transfers records in place
3. Open communication and idea sharing to improve process efficiency thru LEAD to ensure best practice approach
4. Coordinates periodic cycle counting and annual physical inventory with operation and Finance management to insure compliance with company policies
5. Prepare technical proposal for service project and technical support for site work.
6. Familiar with the process of flange management and pipeline process services such as Chemical Cleaning, Oil Flushing and Leak Testing
7. Familiar with relative standards such as ASME PCC-1 and ASME B16.5
8. Willing to travel and conduct Hydratight service work on site as coordinator (e.g. bolting, machining & JI)

Education background/Qualifications:
Major in Mechanical Engineering or related
College degree or above
Required Capabilities:
• High potential for learning and personal development.
• Open and honest, with a willingness to take responsibility for results.
• Ambition and drive, both for their own development and the business.
• Strong operations management skills developed in a client focused, business to business, environment. It is likely that this experience will predominantly have been gained in an engineering services or oilfield services business.
• Basic engineer skills-AutoCAD or some other drawing software.
• Strong office skills.
• Excellent communication skills. English skills prefer.
• Oil&Gas working experience prefer. |
