We are seeking a strong Technical Manager to join the management team in Gronsedt Technology – Taicang. The position is a newly formed.
1.Working closely with the General Manager and the business Managers for the 3 divisions, ASAC, GTBUILD and FARMNOLOGY to identify areas for design improvements or new products to be developed.
2.Manage the New and Existing product design and development
3.Meet with clients to understand needed improvements and new designs
4.Meet with suppliers to seek designs and developments produced the right way.
5.Oversee the Maintenance Engineer in the company as per ISO9001 requirements as to planned maintenance. |

1.Mechanical Engineer with minimum a Bachelor Degree.
2.Must have vast experience in Mechanical and Hydraulic Design.
3. Can use OFFICE software, capable to use 3D software and AUTCAD and relate 3D software to make 2 D drawing. + SOLIDWORKS….
4.Requirement for customer English drawing.
5.Fluent in English as working closely with th foreign General Manager
6.Experience from a manufacturer of hydraulics for cranes, forklift etc. is a MUST.
7.Minimum 8 years experience and 4 in Mechanical and Hydraulic Design.
This key position in Gronsedt Technology must be taken by a strong and carefull Mechanical Engineer and you will be a central person in establishing the future design basis for our company group.
