1. 负责本专业部门室内质控和室间质评，确保各项记录和资料的完整保存；
Be responsible for the group interior quality control and external quality assessment, to ensure the related information and record keep completely.

3. 对问询者提供试验选择、医学检验服务应用及实验数据解释的咨询服务；
To provide the consulting service of test selection, medical testing service application and lab data explaination .
4. 负责本专业组的疑难技术问题的解决与答复，并就具体问题对其全体人员进行指导并讲解；
Be responsible for the group problem sovling and reply, and explain and train the specific topic to the relevant personnel.
5. 对本专业组报告结果进行审核确认，对异常结果进行处理，保证检验技术在检验医学角度的正确性和医疗角度的接受性；
To check and confirm the group report, handle the abnormal result, to ensure the correctness amd acceptaness from the medical testing perspective.
6. 负责本专业组新项目的规划和筹建，并负责组织其作业指导书的编制、修订、实施；
Be responsible for the new porject , create, revise and implement the work instrutction.
7. 负责拟定本专业组新建项目、技术改造项目设备的购置计划，以及在用仪器设备的管理和周检计划的组织落实；
Be responsible for the new project, technical transformation project equipment purchasing plan, and manage the in-use instrument and equipment, implement the weekly check plan.
8. 完成上级交给的其他临时任务。
Any other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor .

1. 拥有质谱、串联质谱相关至少3年工作经验
At least 3 years experience in mass spectrum or tandem MS
2. 获得化学、物理、生物、临床实验室科学或医学技术等专业的学士学位，拥有至少 3 年的相关检验经验，或
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology with at least 3 year experience with related medical testing, or
3. 获得实验室科学或医学技术课程的大专学历，拥有至少 3年的相关检验经验；
Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology program with at least 3 years experience with
4. 3年以上医疗、科研机构，大专院校相关岗位工作经验；
At least 3 year relevant experience in the medical or research institute or academic college.
5. 有一定的团队领导能力；
Possess good leadership capability.
6. 具备良好的沟通能力；
Possess good communication skill.
7. 具备基本的数理统计概念；
Possess the basic mathematical statistics concept.
8. 具备基本的办公软件应用技能，熟练掌握Excel，Word软件；
Possess the basic office software skill, good at Excel, Word, etc.
9. 能适应加班工作。
Able to adjust to the overtime task.
