| 工作描述： |
- Establish and plan the HR work. Carry out employees' recruitment, hiring, training, monthly attendance checking and so on.
- According to the existing organization and business development need, coordinate the requests from every business unit, prepare regular recuitment plan and carry out, after receiving the approval from the relevant supervisor.
- Prepare job descriptian.
- Arrange and process employees'enrollment, labor contract, and manager the HR documentation.
- According to national policy, changing and development of company, provide suggestion to the management to revise the employees's handbook in time.
- Establish the HR all of the position in Taicang and Shanghai office.
- Support the foreign employee for entry & exit permit and employment permit application.
- All other duties requested by the company management, employee handbook and supervisor. |
