| 工作描述： |
主要职责：一、Working Task(details)工作描述:
1. Be able to create programs and fixtures for CNC machines (FANUC), follow up schedule, acceptance and adjusting etc.
能编写数控机床程序及设计机床工装夹具（FANUC系统），进度跟踪、验收及调试等工作；
2. Be responsible for create machining process documents and work instruction ;
负责编制机加工工艺文件及作业指导书；
3. Be responsible for training production employees
负责培训生产员工
4. Solve the problem during production and continue to improve the process;
负责机加工生产过程中相关工艺问题的解决及工艺的持续改进;
5. Be able to independently operate on CNC machines (e.g. turning machines, milling machines, shaping machines, hobbing machines)
能够独立操作数控机床（如：车床，铣床，成型机，滚齿机）
6. Have a certain knowledge of quality management system ISO9001 and TS16949, etc.
具备一定的质量管理体系知识，ISO9001及TS16949等相关知识。
7. Continue improve product quality and production efficiency, reduces scrap and rework rates.
持续不断改善产品质量和生产效率，降低报废以及返工率
8. To guide and supervise the operators proper use machines, equipment, tools and measuring instruments.
指导监督生产人员正确使用维护机器，工装以及测量工具。
9. Positive, active complete other work assigned by superior.
积极主动的完成上级交代的其它工作。
10. Can accept overtime
能适应加班。
二、Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
1. college or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent; Good English in speaking and writing
大专（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业；良好的英语表达能力；
2. Min. 5 years working experience in machining process related;
五年以上机加工相关工作经历；
3. Be familiar with machining equipment and able to select proper equipment as per product and production requirement;
精通各类机加工设备，能根据产品和生产要求选用合适的加工设备；
4. Be capable to select proper cutter for equipment and operate gages and checking fixtures;
具备刀具选用，量、检具使用的能力；
5. Be familiar with related CAD and 3D software and other software and be able to programming;
熟悉并能使用相关CAD和其它制图软件，并具备一定的实际编程能力；
6. Good communication ability and team working;
良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；
7. Having a team spirit, sense of responsibility, professional dedication;
具有团队精神，责任心，敬业精神。 |
