| 工作描述： |
• Establish production cost for each product and monitor product cost development
• Investigate product cost structure and make suggestion for reducing production cost
• Assist for data preparation for annual budget, monthly rolling
协助搜集数据，编制年度预算，月度滚动预测
• Enforcing each related department to follow the standard operating procedure for working out the cost result timely and accurately
标准成本管理, 监管各个相关部门按照标准工作流程以得到及时的和精确的各项成本数据
• Control and manage inventory
• Organize physical count monthly, find reasons for variance and issue inventory physical count report
组织月度存货盘点，寻找差异原因，出具盘点报告
• PPV, IPV, material usage and material overhead variance analysis.
采购物料价格，发票价格差异，产品用量差异，材料间接费用差异分析
• WIP process confirmation at month end input the WIP status in ERP system, WIP equivalent and distribution of cost variance calculation
月末和生产确认WIP工序，在ERP系统维护WIP工序状态，WIP约当计算，差异分摊计算
• Focus on slow moving materials, coordinate supply chain/purchase request staff for slow moving stock decreasing
跟踪呆滞物料，协调供应链及请购部门降低呆滞库存
• Other tasks may have assigned by supervisor

本科以上的财会相关专业
• minimum 5 years of experience Accounting and Finance Planning & Analysis
5年以上的财务计划&分析工作经验
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience
机械设备制造业的财务工作经验
• Process oriented, highly organized and strong attention to detail
过程导向，做事有条理，高度关注细节
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English, CET-6 and above.
英语听说读写流利，至少CET-6或同级别以上水平
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Kingdee ERP
Excel及ERP相关系统操作熟练
