| 工作描述： |
1. Daily production support. Solve any problem of the production line in time to ensure the product quality and the safe production.
日常生产支持，及时解决生产线的问题，确保产品质量及安全生产
2. Standardize the job of each station/product. Work out the standard time (SOE) of each product and get the opportunity to reduce the SOE. Improve the efficiency and reduce the cost by Kaizen, RIE or project
标准化每个工作站/产品的标准工作，弄清每个产品的标准工作时间并通过Kaizen， RIE或项目等活动，提高生产效率，降低成本
3. Special Order support. Develop the process, mark the defference and training the operators to implement the special order.
支持特殊订单。开发工艺流程，指明不同点并培训工人完成特殊订单
4. Lead the project of production line improvement, like new equipment/process introduction or replacement
领导产线改进项目，如新的设备/工艺的导入或替换
5. Take part in quality improvement/quality issue solve. Find out the root cause and avoid them through process method.
参与质量改进/质量问题处理。抓出根本原因并从工艺方法上进行避免
6. Liaison with PE for product issue if there is chance to improve the quality or assembling efficiency
和PE联系的桥梁。处理产品设计方面的问题，并提出有利于产品质量或装配效率的建议

1. Bachelor or above degree, prefer major in mechanical engineering or mechanotronics.
学士或以上学位，主修机械工程或机电一体化。
2. Minimum 5 years manufacturing related working experience, at least 3 years experience in fin coil of air conditioner manufacturing.
至少5年的制造相关工作经验，3年以上空调器用翅片盘管制造经验。
3. Be familiar with fin coil manufacturing process and the detail technical method, be familiar with the critical process and key equipments & fixtures paremeters, and key quality control points etc.
熟知空调器用翅片式盘管加工流程及具体工艺方法，熟知加工过程中的关键过程，关键设备工装的参数和关键质量控制点等等。
a) Be able to understand and analyze the key requirements of die design according to finned drawings.能够根据翅片图纸理解分析模具设计的关键要求。
b) Be familiar with the principle of fin press process and mechanical design.
熟知翅片成形工艺和成型的机械设计原理。
c) Be familiar with all kinds of defects in fin press, long U tube bending and tube expansion process. Be able to do trouble shooting and equipment & die adjustment against these defects.
熟知翅片成型，长U管弯制及铜管胀接过程中的各类缺陷,能够针对这些缺陷进行原因分析和设备模具调整
d) Be familiar with brazing process and principle, and know the matters needing attention and countermeasures in the fin coil brazing process.
熟悉钎焊工艺及原理，了解翅片盘管钎焊过程中的注意事项及应对方法
e) Be familiar with the requirements of national industry standards related to coil manufacturing and implement them in process planning.
熟悉盘管制造相关国家行业标准的要求并在工艺策划中落实
4. With ability to design and layout the manufacturing flow line of air conditioner fin coil and experience in equipment capability analysis.
空调器翅片盘管制造流水线设计及布置相关能力，具备设备能力分析方面的经验
5. Autocad, MS Office is skilled ;
Autocad机械制图， MS-Office熟练应用。
6. Project management skills/experience; good communication skill.
有一定的项目管理经验和良好的沟通技巧
