Take full responsibility of recruitment for white collar and blue collar employees: Lead the recruitment process, source candidates, interview and offering. Maintain, develop and manage recruitment channels.(Headhunter, Internal referral etc.) Apply professional HR assessment tools to enhance the hiring effective. Participate in campus recruitment. Assist HR head with implementation of staffing related HR strategies and group concepts Involve in staff separation and misconduct management, conduct exit interviews. Maintain P-file, HR related data and report (Master data & Organization Chart etc). Responsible for projects assigned. Any other duties as assigned |
