Responsibilities: 职责: 1.Maintain and develop recruiting channels, organize all the recruiting activities, support talent pool set up and management. 维护和拓展招聘渠道,组织实施招聘活动,人才库建立、维护; 2.Statistic and analysis recruiting data to support future recruiting strategy, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of various recruiting channels. 招聘模块相关数据的统计与分析,评估并持续提高招聘渠道的有效性; 3.Work closely with HR team and business managers to provide effective recruitment solutions and plans to meeting staffing objective. 与业务和HR部门紧密合作,保证招聘计划目标的达成; 4.Lead campus recruitment activities. 可以主导校园招聘的有序进行; 5.Manage and oversee all the recruitment and on boarding processes ensure all the candidates and employees have pleasure experience with the company. 总体把握面试和入职的流程,保证候选人/新员工有比较好的面试、入职体验; 6.Participant in workforce planning and forecasting. 参与人头计划和预算; 7.Utilize the internal & external resources of knowledge & technology to develop and organize proper technical & development courses. 利用内、外部的资源,组织培训; 8.Ensure all the activities are under legal compliance. 保证所有的招聘活动合规; 9.Other duties assigned by Head. 其它布置的任务。 Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies) 职位要求: 1.Bachelor’s degree in management discipline, major in Human Resource Management or biology background is preferred.管理类本科学历,人力资源管理或生物类专业优先; 2.More than 3 years working experiences in HR filed, at least 2 years hands on experience in recruiting function, at least 1 year training experience is preferred.三年以上人力资源从业经验,至少两年以上招聘从业经验,一年培训相关经验; 3.Familiar with Chinese labor law and related regulations, expert in various recruiting channels and analysis, good tracking record of recruiting channel development is preferred.熟悉劳动人事法律法规,精通各种招聘渠道及其分析,较好的招聘渠道拓展经历; 4.High integrity and sense of confidentiality, service minded, a logistic thinker and result-oriented performer, team work spirit.为人正直,具有高度的保密意识和良好的服务理念,逻辑思维能力好,以结果为导向,思维敏捷,具备一定的人际洞察能力与应变能力; 5.Good communication and coordination skills, fluent written and oral in English, good writing skills, open minded, willing to travel when needed, can be work under pressure, team spirit.具有较好的中英文沟通以及文字功底能力,性格外向,亲和力好,能承受一定的工作压力,很好的团队合作精神。 |
