| 工作描述： |
1. 处理客户抱怨Dealing with customer complaints.
a. 负责处理客户抱怨, 会写8D报告，并能及时地跟进整改措施的落实情况。
Dealing with customer complaints, can write 8D report, and can follow up the progress and implementation of correction actions timely.
b. 能很好的管理所负责的产品及客户，积极主动地与客户沟通，降低客诉的产生。Can manage his responsible products and customers well, positively communicate with customers, reduce the happening of customer complaints.
2. 新产品开发new project developing
a. 积极参与项目新品开发所需APQP、试模、PFMEA、控制计划的起草和更新,以及准备并及时地向客户提交PPAP文件。
Active participate in new project of APQP/tool trail
run/PFMEA/CP preparation and update, and prepare and
submit PPAP documents to customer.
b. 限度样品的管理，积极配合项目组制定限度样品，跟客户签订限度样品并管理好限度样品。
Be responsible for boundary sample management, positively cooperate with project team to make boundary sample, and need sign boundary sample with customer and can manage it well.
3. 产品年审product annual audit
a. 依据公司质量文件的要求,负责执行产品审核工作并配合质量部安排其他质量审核工作。
Participation of annual product audit and other audit which quality department regulation accord to the company quality requirement.
b. 配合QC量测室执行测量系统分析工作。
Participate in QC measuring room to implement MSA analysis.

1.教育背景：Education of background
大学以上学历。College or above
2.培训经历 training experience
⑴接受过质量管理检验相关培训包括QC手法等。
Quality management or related training, include “QC” method.
⑵接受过TS16949 ISO90001 ISO14001的培训。
Got the training of TS16949 ISO9001 ISO 14001.
3.工作经验 working experience
两年以上质量管理工作经验。
Least 2 years above quality management working experience.
4.技能技巧working skill
⑴熟悉机械图纸，具有一定的独立工作能力。
Good skill in machining drawing reading. Independent working capability to deal with event.
⑵对PPAP,SPC,MSA,APQP,FMEA,CP有一定了解。
Known in PPAP/SPC/MSA/APQP/FMEA/CP.
⑶会使用常用的统计方法。
Is able to use method of quality statistics.
⑷会使用常用量测工具。
Universal measuring gauge using.
5.态度Attitude
细致耐心，工作踏实。 主动性强，工作热情高。
有一定的管理能力，善于沟通协调。
