现场项目助理Onsite Project Assistant
Job Description:
1 The Onsite Project assistant is supporting our new machine installation project site staff either as project assistant from Taicang office or as onsite project assistant on jobsite.
2 Schedule and manage daily works for project team, draft and translated the project documents incl. meeting minutes, work log, and other documents.
3 On jobsite:
a) Do the translation works onsite to assist site manager(foreigner) to communicate with customer, installation company and other involved parties.
b) Handle the OPI(open package inspection) under the instruction from project team
c) Assist the project team for their daily consumption purchasing, provide support for local orientation and helps of local living.
d) Other tasks assigned by the site manager
4 The mid-term (1-2 years) perspective of this position is to develop the skills to become a junior project manager and / or service and junior installation engineer.
Qualification:
1 Junior college or above
2 enjoys traveling in china to different places
3 A Plus: technical, mechanical or electrical understanding and ability to read single part drawings
4 Effective communication skills, good in teamwork and positive working attitude
5 Good English language skills (speaking and writing)
6 Technical background is preferable
职位描述：
1 现场项目助理主要是在太仓办公室或者在项目现场负责支持新设备安装项目团队。
2 为项目团队安排和管理日常工作，翻译及起草包括项目现场的会议记录，工作日志等其它文件。
3 在项目现场
a) 充当翻译，协助现场经理（外国人）与客户、安装公司及其他相关方沟通
b) 在项目团队的指导下负责OPI（开箱检验）
c) 协助项目团队采购日常消耗品，为他们提供本地生活的帮助和指引
d) 其他现场经理指派的工作
4 这个岗位的中期目标（1-2年）是培养一个初级项目经理和/或者服务及初级安装工程师
应聘要求：
1 大专及以上学历
2 乐于在国内不同城市出差
3 技术，机械或电气方面有一定认识并能看懂零件图的候选人优先考虑
4 有效的沟通技巧，团队合作能力强及积极的态度
5 有较好的英语能力（说写能力）
6 有技术背景的候选人优先考虑
