Position Summary:
We are looking for an accountable project engineer to be responsible to bridge all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Using established processes and procedures, the Tooling Project Engineer is responsible, for the design, fabrication and qualification of plastic injection molds and sheet metal dies by outside vendors and meeting customer specifications.
US Farathane is seeking an experienced lead project engineer for our facility located in Shanghai or Taicang. This position will be responsible for managing and driving profitable new business growth. Ideal candidate will be responsible Tier accounts and have 5-8 years of relate Project Management experience.
Responsibilities:
1,Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
2,Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
3,Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent then in the field
4,Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
5,Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
6,Cooperate and communicate effectively with general manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
7,Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions |
