| 工作描述： |
1. All duties are to be carried out at all times in compliance with all Huntsman Corporate EHS, SOX and business conduct policies and guidelines.
2. Support the delivery of defined, high quality transactional and business service associated with the Order Fulfillment process, to agreed performance and cost targets, on behalf of all relevant businesses & sites in an environment that encourages continuous improvement to the underlying global processes and outcomes
3. Complete the order process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to despatch and then invoice, using standard SAP processes and functionality
4. Pro actively respond to customer queries e.g. order status, order amendments, thereby ensuring a high level of customer service
5. Monitor customer account and/or order status on a regular basis, resolving problems with potential customer impact e.g. credit blocks, delivery issues.
6. Control the delivery process within SAP, preparing associated documentation for goods despatch, booking transportation in line with site through-put capabilities, agreed lead times and internal HSSC guidelines. Ensure all processed despatches are ready for billing, system housekeeping is up to date, and all outdated stock demands are removed promptly.
7. Refer availability/forecast issues to the Customer Services Manager for resolution with relevant parties.
8. Control customer based Vendor Managed Inventory / Consignment / Silo stocks as appropriate for assigned territories.

Person Specification : Good communication skills
Qualification : Minimum Diploma holder
Experience : minimum 3 years experience in a sales administration role handling the Order-to-Cash process in a manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills : Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point), SAP R/3
Other Requirements : Good team player, good command of both English & Chinese (spoken & written)
