| 工作描述： |
1. Reduce cost and shorten setup time, standard time to improve production capacity after the as-sessment of the production line.
2. Prepare and amend all the documents for all the machines about the standard time, maintenance time, production capacity, etc.
3. Strong support for offer making with ISD, PR, Procurement especially for non-standard products and materials.
4. Introduce the ‘5S’ to the workshop and implement and check it.
5. Make the improvements of the current production procedure and make the training for the work-shop with the workshop manager.
6. Work with all the depts. to check the possibility for the products in the workshop.
7. Responsible for all the sample making and all the mock-up issues on site.
8. Make the training of the workers about the machine operation and technical procedure.
9. Other works assigned by superior.
