岗 位 职 责
1、计量
根据年度计划要求，对各类仪器仪表设备进行检测和校对，建立三级零部件计量数据库，并及时更新、新添和报废，编制测试设备的计量程序并实施
2、计量设备的规划
根据计量法要求，评估外委校准和内部校准需求，对内部校准设备投资规划和评估。制订年度预算计划，不合格测试设备的限制使用，根据计量法和程序要求，对计量结果不合格的测试设备必须进行修理或报废处理
3、检测设备投资和维修
协助质保工程师对新投资设备的技术要求的确定
参与新投资设备的验收工作
协调采购部对采购进度的监控
协助质保工程师寻找故障设备的原因，和寻求外部供应商的支持
4、 固定资产
根据三厂年度固定资产的投资计划，跟踪和协助三厂各投资项目的实施，并向TQ汇报
5、培训
对技术员进行培训和技术指导
Job Responsibilities
1. measurement

2. Planning of measuring equipment
According to the requirements of the measurement law, assess the external committee's calibration and internal calibration requirements, and plan and evaluate the internal calibration equipment investment. Formulate annual budget plan
Restricted use of unqualified test equipment, according to the measurement method and procedural requirements, unqualified test equipment must be repaired or scrapped
3. testing equipment investment and maintenance
Assist the warranty engineer in determining the technical requirements of the new investment equipment
Participate in the acceptance of new investment equipment
Coordinates the procurement department's monitoring of procurement progress
Assist the warranty engineer in finding the cause of the faulty equipment and seek support from external suppliers
4, fixed assets
According to the annual investment plan of the fixed assets of the third plant, tracking and assisting the implementation of the investment projects of the three plants and reporting to TQ.
5, training
Training and technical guidance for technicians

2、具有计量测试设备方面的工作经验
3、具有计量资格证书
