o Development Project Management
•Follow strictly the product development and innovation process based on sustainability (enviro), norms, policies and standards
•Realization and implementation of development projects (electrical, constructive, procedural and software-technical) along the value-added chain
•Compliance with development projects targets related to timing, scope and costs
•Compliance with safety standards and tools (FMEA, Risk Analysis…)
•Project management of international development projects, cooperate and guide team members (mechanical and electric hardware and software)
•Cooperating with AG to set up and optimize working processes and tools as well as documents due to the improvement of efficiency, quality and internal relationship with all interfaces
oLocalization Project Management
•General management for localization projects which including cost, timing, quality
•Machine cost breakdown and analysis
•Cooperate with purchasing for the target of cost saving
•Work with strategy purchasing and quality on new supplier development
•Coordinate with mechanical engineer and electrical engineer to reach the target of localization rate of parts and components

•PMP certification is a plus
•Familiar with ERP tools such as SAP system
