1. Process document, management, update and creat process flow chart, WI 2. Improve layout, C/T, bottle neck, machine, operation to fulfil demand and quality requirement. 3. Issue, update and give training about operationinstruction, Provide technical and process solution for the production. 4. Lean principle implementation, CIP project, ergonomic. 5. Problem solving and technical improvement measures. 6. Process capability study and improvement. 职位需求： 1. College or above, major in mechanic, electric engineering or other relatedtechnical field. 2. More than 2 years related products and process experience. Familiar with assembly line and automation. 3. Lean knowledge. Skilled in Auto-CAD and office software. Can read the related products drawings. 4. Fluent in spoken and written English. 5. Team Player, good interpersonal skills. Responsible and able to work independently, Self-supporting work manner. |
