工作职责
Assignment
在系统按照各种情况开出服务订单，发给工程师，并记录所开单子的相关信息。
Create the service order in SAP system according to different kinds of service, send and record it.
系统工时录入并批准
Record the time in SAP system after received the service reports of the engineers and approve the time
向德国收工程师服务费和一些保内件报关费
Charge salach the manpower service fee and the customs clearance fee
向客户收服务费
Create the billing request in SAP system to charge customer the man power service fee and follow it until we send the VAT invoice
发保内件，订保内件
Deliver spare parts in warranty, purchasing application for spare parts in warranty
发一些工程师需要的工具等
Deliver some tools that the engineers need .
申请机票和申请派车
Flight ticket application and picking up application for service department
接收客户传真并及时转交给服务经理
Receive FAX from customers and transfer to service manager in time
参与各种培训提高技能
Participate in any kind of training actively and improve capability
归档所有服务部门的资料，包括传真、机床资料和客户通信记录
Keep all documentations in service department; including service FAX, machine documentation and communication with external customers
完成部门领导临时交办的工作
Finish temporary works from department leader
任职资格
Your Qualifications
大学机械或者电气工程专业 25-30岁女性
Education: College degree holder in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Age: Approximately 25-30 years Sexuality : Female
熟悉MS office软件
Information technology basic of MS Office-package
良好的和客户协调和交流的能力
Good coordination and communication with external customers
具备企业管理软件的基础知识,会使用SAP优先考虑
Have the basic knowledge of ERP system ,SAP preferred
