| 工作描述： |
1. 负责办公设备（电脑、打印机、传真机、扫描仪、投影仪、视讯会议设备等）、内部局域网络、工作电脑、服务器、路由器、电话系统等的安装、配置、备份、迁移服务和故障排除等工作； Responsible for installation, confirguration, backup, migration and troubleshooting for office equipment (computer, printer, fax machine, scanner, projector, video conference equipment, etc.), internal local area network, server, router, telephone system etc. 2. 负责安装和维护公司计算机、服务器系统件和应用软件，定期对公司电脑及局域网进行杀毒和数据备份处理工作； Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the computer, server system and application software, and regularly handle the antivirus and data backup for the computer and LAN 3. 负责备份及修复服务器相关的数据和文件 Responsible for backup and restore the server related data and document 4. 负责IT相关设备（网络电话，服务器，交换机，路由器等）的维护工作 Responsible for the maintenance fo IT related equipment(skpye, server, switches,router) 5. 负责监控和维护计算机系统和网络安全 Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of computer systems and network security 6. 对服务器运行环境进行维护和优化(Windows Server) Responsible for maintaining and optimization of the windows server running environment 7. 负责IT固定资产(硬件及软件)的统计管理工作 Responsible for management of IT fixed assets (hardware and software) 8. 协助进行ERP金蝶系统的维护和管理 Assist the maintenance ana management of ERP Kindee system 9. 负责给终端用户提供IT支持,问题解决方案及相关培训 Responsible for providing IT support, problem solving and training to end-users. 10. 对在外出差员工提供电话和远程的IT技术支持 Provide telephone and remote IT technical support to outside staff. 11. 做好IT外包公司及总部IT部的沟通协调工作 Communication and cooperation with IT outsouring company and IT department Germany 12. 主管交待的其他工作 Other work assiged by supervisor |
