I BROAD FUNCTION
Describe the position’s basic objective and scope
Overall manage transportation operation in Wtaic.
全面的负责公司国内运输业务，提升客户服务水平
• Execute transportation process to make goods delivery to customers on time and quality
严格执行公司的运输流程，以标准化、个性化的服务来满足客户需求
• Optimize transportation model to save transportation cost
持续的优化运输模式，节约运输费用
II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Outline the major duties and roles necessary to accomplish the objectives of the job. (Do attach additional sheets if necessary)
Routine transportation arrangement as truck booking, document preparation, scheduling etc. 日常运输业务的安排，包括订车、托运单据的准备、运输方式的选择和运输时间要求等。
Monitor goods in-transit and provide information to CCS/Sales if needed.
监控货物在途状况，向销售、客服等内部客户提供货物在途信息。
Handling customers complaints about transportation like goods damage, delay and lost
处理客户关于货物迟到、货物破损等物流方面的投诉。
Transportation cost settlement timely and correctively
运费结算、分析和报告。
Monitor transportation suppliers’ performance through KPIs and regular meetings
监控运输服务商的表现，对运输服务商进行月度考核同时定期组织运作沟通会议。
Analyze and report transportation data regally, provide transportation solution if needed
根据业务发展需要，不断优化运输模式，提升客户服务水平，控制运输费用。

1) EDUCATION
• Bachelor degree 本科
• Competent English written and oral 英语良好，能熟练的进行口语对话
2) EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years transportation management working experience
三年以上运输管理及相关工作经验，有第三方物流公司或外资运输管理经验为佳
• SAP MM or SD model experience
熟悉SAP 系统的SD/MM/TM模块
3) SKILLS
• Excellent computer skill, especially operation for WORLD and EXCEL
Ms. Office 精通
• Flexible and self-consistent
