| 工作描述： |
1. 负责轧机、纵剪线、和其他设备机械和液压问题的故障诊断和分析，并在现场支持其他维修人员解决问题。
Responsible for rolling mill, slitting line, and other machines related mechanical &hydraulic prob-lems troubleshooting and analysis, and support other maintenance staff on site.
2. 负责备品备件的计划和控制
Responsible for the spare parts planning and control
3. 提供故障分析报告和预防措施
Providing fault analysis report and preventive methods
4. 负责制订预防性维护计划，检查作业指导书并按计划执行实施
Responsible for setting up preventative maintenance plans, inspection instructions and imple-ment the plans
5. 对维修技术人员进行培训
Give training to the maintenance technicians
6. 报告机器的停机时间，给出减少停机时间的解决方案
Report the big downtime of machines, give the solution for downtime reduction
7. 机械/液压图纸的归档和更新
Mechanical &Hydraulic drawing archive and updating
8. 对设备进行持续改善，如有必要，设计新零件
Continuous improving on the machine as well as design new parts if necessary
9. 负责新设备的安装和调试
Responsible for the new equipment installation and commissioning
10. 经理安排的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by the manager

1.至少理工科学士学位，液压相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉液压系统，气动系统。
At least bachelor of science degree in Engineering, major in hydraulic with a minimum of 3 years directly related experience, familiar with hydraulic system, pneumatic system
2. 熟悉机械工程和维修，熟练使用计算机
Knowledge in Machinery engineering & maintenance, good at computer is necessary
3. 熟练使用CAD
Skilled on CAD
4. 较高的故障排除能力
High trouble shooting capability
5. 有轧机、纵剪线维修经验者优先
Rolling mill, slitting line maintenace experience is a plus
6. 必须有TPM和设备预防性维护方面的知识，如再有熟悉状态监测者优先
TPM and preventative maintenance knowledge is required, condition monitoring is a plus.
7. 良好的书面和口头英语沟通能力
Good communication skills by written and verbal English
8. 有在制造业的工作经验，能吃苦耐劳
Experience of Manufacture industry, be able to endure hardships and be capable of hard work
