工作描述: |
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Keep close communication with sales managers and customers to understand their production forecast and delivery requirement, and update the information on a daily basis;
2. Hold weekly SOP meeting to communicate forecast based on Sales & Customer input to ensure smooth information transfer;
3. Data maintenance in ORACLE and sales report preparation;
4. Participate project management process, and support sales to follow up initiatives during project development;
5. Monthly sales statistic and report preparation;
6. Understand customers’ special requirements, such as visit customers’ website regularly.
7. Other tasks as assigned by sales team.

1: Bachelor degree and equivalent
Working experience:
1: A wide experience in customer service area (at least 5 years)
2: Customer experience / business fluent manner
Skills:
1: Good PC skill, including Micro Office
2: English Proficiency Preferred
3: Teamwork skills
4: Analytical and structured approach
5: Team working and cross-functional thinking
6: CV/PC industrial background is preferred
