1.Interpret organizational methods and general accounting systems. [网址不可见] any potential and existing acquisition opportunities that offer high business growth by developing an accurate viability analysis [网址不可见] company investment analysis, operating results and capital expenditure budgeting as well as budget control. [网址不可见] flow and working capital control, credit facility and financing management and other tasks related to treasury and optimize treasury exposures / benefits. [网址不可见] accurate and complete accounting operation and financial statement reporting according to PRC and US-GAAP as well as any internal reporting as required by the head office. [网址不可见], process and reconcile inter-company payments and receipts and communicate details of outstanding balances within Group defined deadlines. [网址不可见] the operations team in cost reduction programs by providing timely financial analysis on cost performance, inventory turn, etc. [网址不可见] policies, procedures and processes to assure effective financial reporting, risk management and internal controls. [网址不可见] relationship with local authorities such as tax bureau as well as with auditors, legal & tax advisors and bankers and ensure compliance with all applicable PRC laws, tax and publication requirements. 10.Maintain internal and external dialogue to ensure optimisation of group tax exposure. 1.Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related areas, with an MBA strongly preferred. 2.Recognized accountancy qualification, CPA and/or ACCA certifications is a must. US-GAAP and SEC reporting experience is a big plus. 3.Requires at least 10 years of work experience in accounting/finance areas, hands-on experience in a manufacturing industries and technical, multi-national company. 4.Minimum 5 years in controller/director or senior finance position with staff supervision/management experience. 5.Strategic planning, organizational development and consulting skills and experience to serve as a trusted advisor to the business leaders and corporate Finance team. 6.Experience in all major functions of Accounting and Finance. 7.Experience and/or knowledge of a wide range of accounting, finance and tax regulations. 8.Management responsibility for multiple team members. 9.Responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results and setting priorities. 10.Excellent verbal and written English competency. 11.Proactive and problem-solving oriented management style. 12.Commercial decision making experience. 13.Good communication skills, ability to negotiate mainly internally and often at higher levels with the division and corporate. |
