主要工作职责：
1. 了解电阻抗焊接和超声波焊接的运作原理，在生产中能够分析解决各种焊接异常
Have the experience in RSW and USW, have the ability to analyze and handle the defect problems during the production.
2. 引进新工艺、新技术持续提高公司竞争力。
Introduce the new assembly technique and manufacturing skills to improve the competitive power.
3. 工艺改进,提高装配制程自动化程度,跟进新产品至顺利量产。
Optimize the manufacturing technique and improve the degree of automation of the assembly production line, follow the new project from the trial production to SOP.
4. 协助生产主管制定持续改进计划及实施。
Assist the production supervisor to make the continuous improvement plan and implement it.
5. 机器设备基本的保养、 点检标准推进， 以保障机器设备的正常运作。
Responsible for the machine‘s/equipment's basic maintenance and inspection work, and ensure the machine and equipment operate normally.
6. 促进生产线产能持续提高， 持续改善生产线的品质状况
Adopt the countermeasure measure continuously to reduce the rejection rate and enhance the qualified rate."
7、机器人编程、调试及维护。
Debug and maintenance the robots of the automatic production line.
8、装配生产中的疑难异常的处理、协调。
Handle the knotty problems during the assembly production.
9、根据生产的实际需求，对技术员进行技能培训。
Responsible to train the technicians.
10.完成主管交给的其他任务。
Finish all the tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.
任职资格：
◆ 知识要求 (如教育背景等) Knowledge Requirement
大专及以上学历，有流利的英语口语及良好的读写能力。
College degree or above, Skilled English in oral and written.
◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement
具有装配自动化技术工作经验3年以上。
Over 3 years and assembly working experience.
◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement
熟练使用Office和Pro-E 或Auto CAD等软件
Ability of Office software and tool drawing software(Pro-E or CAD).
◆ 性格要求 Personality Requirement
1.性格开朗,乐观; 2,有良好的人际沟通能力
