Responsibilities: 1. In charge of all manufacturing process of mold rubber and die-cut parts, including R& D, compound mixing additives, curing, trimming and packing, as well as plant safety2. In charge of manufacturing management, including purchasing and inventory management, workshop and equipment management.3. Responsible for production planning, including material requirement planning & working shift planning4. Optimize production process and responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the plant5. Control of production cost based on the budget, monitor monthly expenses.6. Establish performance goals for all his people, monitor performance on a continual basis, and detects the problems and solves them with his people.7. Responsible for management, recruiting and training for all group leaders and workers of manufacturing & production8. Look at alternative methods of manufacturing and support processes to increase quality and productivity levels9. Maintain good relations with all customers and suppliers10. Responsible for developing operational strategy in conjunction with general manager11. Supervise the R & D and engineering team to meet production needs 12. As part of the initial tasks, the plant manager will be in charge on-site of supervising the new plant implementation and start-up including but not limited to the production equipment installation and start-up and personnel recruitment and training。
13. Until another individual is recruited for and/or assigned to this function, the plant manager is the designated quality assurance manager in charge of all quality assurance tasks including but not limited to the daily quality control ones. In this function and amongst other duties, he will develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control methods and document them accordingly to meet ISO 9001 standards

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemistry Engineering is a plus;2. No less than 6 years working experience in rubber production, 4 years plant management 3. Good knowledge on manufacturing, Planning, Organization, Safety and Environment4. Good skills on communication, leadership, and people management;5. Workable English level;6. Good knowledge in molding making and processes, as well as CAD drawing7. Familiar with ISO 9001 and TS 169498. Hard working spirit & open minded |
