Responsibilities
1.SAP monthly closing;
2.Analyze actual product DPC;
3.New product line analysis
4.Closing Report
- C1 by product line
- C1 by customer
- MR analysis report
5.Monthly review of proco expenses, analyze manufacturing gap and to provide the alerts and recommendations for improvements
6.Plant capacity and hourly rate study;
7.Partner with the plant leadership team to have a fundamental understanding of operations, and to identify and analyze CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives to improve production process to achieve productivity improvement and proco cost reduction purposes;
8.Monthly production VFO / KPI scorecard tracking and analysis;
9.Assist with annual budget and rough plan process;
10.Work center maintenance;
11.Liaison with external and internal auditors;
12.Other ad-hoc requirements on process/reporting/system development in managerial accounting/controlling aspects;
Requirements:
Costing related experience over 3 years.
Costing concept, especially in purchasing costing field
Familiar with elevator component.
Good excel skill
Good communication skill and team work spirit.
Be sensitive to the numbers
