工作职责：
1. 根据公司发展策略和规划制定产品线业务策略和计划
Develop product line strategies and plans based on company business strategies and plans
2. 根据客户需求、终端应用、技术发展、行业趋势与市场竞争形势，完成相应的市场路线图和产品路线图，制定产品年度计划
According to customer needs, terminal applications, technological development, industry trends and market competition situation, complete the corresponding market roadmap and product roadmap, and formulate annual product plans
3.负责相关产品线的组合管理，对进行产品组合的优化分析，提出技术研发，产品开发和产品改进需求
Responsible for product line portfolio management, optimization analysis of product portfolio, propose technical research, product development and product improvement requests
4.建立与客户、销售团队的有效沟通
Establish effective communication with customers and sales teams
5. 负责产品需求全生命周期管理
Responsible for product life cycle management
6. 通过市场调研，收集竞品产品数据，竞品成本和价格，行业技术发展信息，完成竞品分析
Through market research, collect competitive product data, costs and prices, technical trend information, complete benchmark.
7. 根据市场和客户需求定义产品的功能和相关技术要求并完成市场需求文档和产品需求文档，提出产品开发建议
Defining product functions and related technical requirements according to market and customer requirements and completing MRD and PRD, and presenting product development proposals
8. 收集客户反馈信息对现有产品提出改进建议
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to existing products
9. 根据产品年度计划，提出和推动新产品开发和产品改进项目实施
According to annual product plan, propose and promote new product development and product improvement project implementation
10.对项目的进度和质量进行监控，协调和推动各部门的合作，确保项目按时按质完成
Monitor the project progress and quality, coordinate and promote departments cooperation to ensure project is completed on time
11. 协调资源为市场团队提供技术支持
Coordinate resources to provide technical support to market teams
12.协助部门领导完成制定产品管理制度和其它相关工作
Assist department leaders to complete the formulation of product management and other related works
任职资格：
◆ 知识要求 （如教育背景等） Knowledge Requirement
机械/机电/自动化类（或其他）本科或以上学历
Mechanical engineering/mechatronics/automation(or others) bachelor degree or above
◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement
具有技术/产品研发背景，项目管理和5年以上的产品管理工作经验，汽车零配件行业尤佳
With technology research, new product development,project management and at least 5 years product management experirence, prefer automative industry background

1.丰富的产品管理的知识和技能.

2.具备产品研发，项目管理方面的知识和技能
With NPD and project management knowledge and skills
3.具有较强的市场营销管理技能和与客户沟通的技能
Strong marketing management and communication with customers skills
4.具有良好的用户需求分析及较强的市场分析能力，对市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力
Good customer needs analysis and strong market analysis capabilities, with keen insight into market trends
5.理解和掌握新产品研发流程和质量管理体系ISO9001/IATF16949.
Understand and master NPD procedure,QMS ISO9001/TS16949 related knowledge
6.熟悉注塑零件,钣金零件,机加工零件的设计和生产工艺
Familiar with plastic parts, sheet metal parts, machining parts design and process
7.熟悉相关的国际安全标准,测试方法和认证要求和流程
Familiar with relevant safety laws and regulations, test methods and certification requirements and processes
8.较强的创造力和问题分析解决能力
With strong innovation and problem solving capacbility
9.良好的时间观念,计划能力和优秀的执行力
Good sense of time,planning skill and excellent executive ability
10.具备良好的成本和风险意识
Have good cost and risk awareness
11.擅于团队合作，优秀沟通协调和冲突管理能力
Good at teamwork, excellent communication coordination and conflict management skills
12.英语口语流利,书面表达能力强
Fluent written and oral in English
13.熟练使用办公软件和项目管理软件,如MS Project等
Proficiency in office and project management software, such as MS Project etc.
