| 工作描述： |
1.Research and develop new products and machine functions by cooperation with R&D in headquarter. With good understanding and ability to design and calculate machine components including automation devices (sheet metal construction), drive system, pneumatics, hydraulic& lubrication and possible electrical functions and interfaces.
与总部研发部门合作，研究及开发新产品 ，深入了解机器部件及相关功能包括自动化装置（钣金制造流程），驱动系统，气动液压润滑系统以及可能需要的电气功能和接口相关知识。
2.Have experience and knowledge for FEA analysis. Ability to do FEA analysis and give improvement advice for mechanical structures.拥有有限元分析的相关经验和知识。可以对机械结构件进行有限元分析及给出改进意见。
3.Help production department and some external customers to design and improve their production fixture.帮助生产部门和部分外部客户进行生产工装的设计及改进工作。
4.Participate in product transfer and localization process and provide technical support in whole process. Introduction of local machine elements/parts to replace imported ones with similar quality, function.
5.参与产品国产化过程并提供技术支持，寻找及提供国产优质机器零部件以替代进口部件
6.Improved existing product based on the market input, customer requirement.
基于市场和客户的需求发展现存的产品
7.Create technical 2D,3D drawings in solid works
运用Solid works软件绘制2D和3D技术图
8.Create and maintain material master data and bill of materials in SAP.
在SAP系统中，创建及维护材料主数据和材料清单
