| 工作描述： |
Key Responsibilities：
1. Coordinating with suppliers new toolings development, design changes and repairs, enquiry and prepare contracts;
2. Control tooling project progress and sample submission progress;
3. Responsible for die castings, injection parts, machining parts supplier development, tooling development, inquiry, planning the first batch of sample orders, negotiate product prices and the implementation of related orders;
4. Track the status of existing tooling and update the mold list on time;
5. Communicate with BAG to design tooling and product process flow, review tooling drawings and files, and provide technical support and optimization guidance to suppliers;
6. Working on the preparing of the localization project from purchase side;
7. Responsible for the daily purchase on die casting parts, injection parts, machining parts, making the export of semi - annual, annual summary;
8. Tracking and dealing with supplier-related product quality issues on time;
9. Manage suppliers according to the company quality standards;
10. Evaluate supplier performance;
11. Reporting line: Operation Manager (direct) and German HQ (indirect);
12. Other tasks by supervisor. |

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Machinery, mold design or material forming;
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and CAD;
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking and reading with proficient written skill;
5. Occasional business trips may be required;
6. Strong compression. |
