| 工作描述： |
Purpose of the position:
Responsible for cooperating with customer, sales, production, purchase, quality department to achieve the project’s target.
Solve all the issues among the project. Define the project schedule and make sure it has been strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support sales team to Clarify customer’s requirements, specifications from technical side;
2. Prepare the sketch layout drawing according customer’s requirement;
3. Review the contract and sales documents to avoid mistake and risks;
4. Full documentation of project together with German company, including drawings, specifications and modifications if anyting need;
5. Responsible for project pre- and post calculations support;
6. Prepare time schedule for each project, and follow the schedule to avoid any delay;
7. Control and document all order processing, starting with the order confirmation to delivery of the equipment at the customer;
8. Support purchase department to find new source from technical side;
9. Creation and maintenance of the furnaces acts (complete technical description of the product and summary of all necessary procurement specifications for equipment, components and devices);
10. Support the supplier from technical side, clarify our drawings and technical requirements;
11. Actively coordinate with purchase and suppliers from technical requirement and drawings.
12.Reconcile the return material with approved drawings.
Job Specification
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related;
2.Five years plus similar working experience
3.Skills & Abilities Required
1)Key skill of position:
In co-operation with Project Manager in Germany, compile list of drawings used for manufacturing; Project filing of all related documents (operating instructions, acceptance certificate, conformity declaration); Creation and maintenance of the procurement specifications;Be familiar with how to calculate the thermal energy;Can read and edit AUTOCAD drawings, and work with project management software;
2)Fluent English
3)Strong communication and negotiation skills;
4)Team player with excellent planning and coordinating skills;
5)Can see opportunities and risks before they happen; Understand hazardous waste disposal policy and place. |
