| 工作描述： |
1. Take charge of plant quality technician, coordination of their activities with other function teams.
2. Handle the customer complain together with other function teams, coordinate QA/QC activities based on customer’s needs (both internal and external).
3. Troubleshoot throughout the plant to find root causes which leads to a continuous improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency
4. Solve the quality problem on line and prepare monthly quality meeting report, implement data collection and analysis work.
5. As member of quality department, working with quality colleagues and coach inspectors.
6. Other jobs ordered by Dept. head.
