主要职责：
Import & Export management and Operation
进出口管理及操作
1.Coordinate cross functions to achieve LT target
与各部门协调以达成目标到货周期
2.Compliance management; Regular review import/export procedures, documentation, HS code, etc., and ensure compliance with China regulations
遵守合规，定期回顾检查进出口流程，文件，海关编码等，确保遵从中国法律法规
3.Act as consultancy role to support logistics team on Customs related issues
指导并支持物流部门有关海关事宜
4.Well understanding of Customs regulation and identify impact to business
透彻理解中国海关法规政策并能识别对公司业务的影响
5.Maintain good relationship with Customs and CIQ
与当地海关商检部门保持良好的关系
Daily Import and Export Operation:
进出口日常操作事务：
1.Coordinate import and export shipment arrangement and account for related document preparation/sanity check
协调进出口发货安排并检查相应文件
2.Coordinate with 3rd party agent for Customs Clearance; Work with agent to expedite customs release process for urgent shipments and resolve customs delays
与第三方报关货运代理公司协调好进出口货运及报关事宜，与代理公司共同解决可能存在的海关滞留物品
3.Check inbound/outbound shipment status; Follow up with BU logistics team on vessel arrangement/re-balance between shipping lines per allocation rule & LT requirement
检查进出口发货进展，与物流部门追踪海运船期或空运航班时间
4.“work instruction on the import –process” is the guide line, and take responsibility for import process continue improvement
进出口工作流程作业指导书的执行并基于实际业务需求进一步完善
Vendor Management：
货运及报关代理供应商的管理：
1.Manage, track vendor performance. Lead monthly review meeting, analyze root-cause and drive improvement actions
管理追踪供应商的服务表现，主导月度回顾检查会议，分析问题根源并落实到改善行动
2.Handle claim on damage or delay from transportation, customs clearance or CIQ process
处理相关运输，保管或商检流程导致到货延误或物品被损坏的突发事件
3.Verify monthly payment request and provide invoice tracking report to finance for accrual purpose
审核月度运费及报关等相关费用的发票，追踪供应尚未开发票报关业务记录清单提供财务
