| 工作描述： |
Job Responsibilities：
Understand Schaeffler's vision and mission, show the self-initiative at daily work
Communication of quality matters with customer and project team (e.g. PEP, relocation project)
Assure compliance to Schaeffler standard and customer specific quality requirements
Coordinate project from quality side, initiate and monitor corrective actions, escalation where necessary
Can be SPM-Q if nominated for top projects
APQP status follow up and reporting to customer per-request
Participate in PEP activities, including kick-off and status meeting
Master quality planning related tools and methods, e.g. SAP, QS-STAT, wind chill etc.
Support change management of product/ process changes and relocation projects
Participate in risk assessment e.g. FMEA as core member
Support audits
Prepare and get approval inspection concepts with 4-eyes principle, e.g. inspection plan/ control plan /requalification plan and define gages and testing equipment
Implementation of lessons learned and PL quality standards |
