职位描述：
Mission 使命：
- Improve manufacturing and other in-house processes in specific division and line with respect to safety, quality, and productivity and through put time with the objective of reducing overall costs and improving customer satisfaction. Support construction of facility including plant layout, material flow, labor estimates, and cost control.
- 负责所负责产品在安全生产，质量提高和生产效率上的提升，并参与达成公司降低成本，提高客户满意度的目标。同时支持公司的基础建设、工厂布局、物流规划、人 员成本评估、成本控制等。
Specific Areas of Responsibility 职责明细：
1. Improve productivity and throughput by using Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 5S, and Kaizen;
通过运用精益生产的原则,如5S，Kaizen， 等手法以减少总成本,提高生产率和产能；
2. Develop , improve and comply to the working process;
创建、完善和执行生产流程.
3. Provide/improve the plant or process flow layouts to match with the requirement;
制定合理的工厂及生产线布局以满足生产需求；
4. Select optimum capital equipment , fixtures and tools as appropriate; then design ,justify and purchase, installation and start-up;
选择合适的设备,工装夹具和工具,适当的进行再设计,验证和购买以及后期的安装及运用；
5. Represent of production sub-leader ,support new product development and transfer project on time, on quality;
在新产品的开发项目和产品转移项目中作为生产部门的主要负责人确保项目按时按质的完成.；
6. Provide/update suitable SOP for specific products;
制定产品的标准作业指导书；
7. Provide/update the process documentation for products;
制定和更新产品的工艺文件；
8. Committed to product improvement, and call production situation meeting regularly;
致力于产品的持续改善，并定期组织改善会议；
9. Strict enforcement design notification process, handling in time and continuous following up.;
严格执行设计变更流程，及时处理并跟踪执行情况；
10. Assisi in implementing 5S on a world-class level;
协助实施国际化标准的5S系统；
11. Assist in daily problems solving of production line to ensure on time delivery and quality improvement;
协助生产线日常问题的解决,以确保按时交货和质量的持续改进.
12. Assist in the training of production line in techniques and method.
协助培训生产技术和方法.；

Hiring Qualification 录用要求：
Education 教育背景:
1. University degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
大学本科以上学历或同等学历工程,最好是机械设计背景
Skills / Knowledge / Experience 技能/知识/工作经验:
1. Minimum of 3 years experiences in relative work experience; 至少3年的相关行业的工作经历；
2. Has some trouble shooting skill and can use lean and 6 sigma tools to improve process;独立解决问题的能力和技巧，能够使用精益或6 sigma 工具进行改善项目；
3. Enough engineering English capabilities; 熟练的工程机械英语；
4. Be familiar with Auto-CAD or equivalent engineering software and MS office software; 熟悉AUTO CAD或者其他的制图软件,熟悉office办公软件；
5. Team player；团队合作能力；
6. Communicative and inspiring with excellent interpersonal skills；良好的沟通能力；
7. Positive attitude；积极的态度；
8. Passionate in continuous self-improvement；不断的自我提升.；
