Qualifications 任职资格
1. Academic: College or above
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing
3. Job Skill
a. Search for new supplier, and ask for quotation and price negotiation.
b. Can read mechanical drawings.
c. Know the material characteristics.
d. Understand the technical of machine and sheet metal.
e. Know the electrical function, can select the type of parts.
4. Personality
a. Good communication.
b. Can work under pressure.
c. Good responsibility, caution of thought.
e. Detail oriented.
5. Computer Skill
a. Be familiar with ERP system.
b. Good at Microsoft office.
6.English Skill: Able to communicate with foreigners (written & oral),CET4 or above
Job Duties 工作职责
1. Cost management
a. Manage purchase price in ERP system.
b. Take care the price increase and compare the price with different suppliers.
2. Material information maintenance
a. Record and maintain the information of materials in Kingdee system.
b. Support and help other departments to find the data that they need.
3. Purchasing
a. Handle the purchase request from other departments from mail or in Kingdee system.
b. Inquire the price from different suppliers, and compare the price, lead time, quality and so on.
c. Release and follow up the purchase order, and inform the information to the relevant department timely.
d. Inform the warehouse and logistics when the goods arrive, and inform the related department timely.
4. Payment
a. Arrange payment to supplier in time.
b. Apply for the monthly payment after getting all the VAT invoice.
c. Ensure the payment amount is as same as PO.
5. Supplier management
a. Record and maintain supplier database in ERP system.
b. Supervise and help suppliers to keep improving, including the price, lead time, quality and so on.
c. Make the evaluation for all the suppliers.
