Strategies :
1. According the TRUMPF guideline , select , evaluate, qualification , reporting ,develop new/existed suppliers based on our goal and target for commodity construction, professional services, machines, facility and equipment
根据通快的指导方针，,基于通快的目标和商品结构，专业服务，机器设备的目标，选择、评估、鉴定、报告，开发新的/现有的供应商；
2. Keep/develop the delivery/service performance of the suppliers based on the projects requirement (key function)
根据项目需求（核心功能）确保/发展供应商的交付/服务绩效；
3. Control the purchasing cost to achieve company goals (key function)
控制采购成本以达到公司目标（核心功能）；
4. Closely communicate with commodity group manager in HQ/other location of TRUMPF (support function)
与总部/通快其他地区的产品组经理（支持功能）紧密地沟通；
5. Support Production unit to build and/ or optimize supply process , optimize the work flow (support function)
支持生产部门建立/优化供应流程，优化工作流程（支持功能）；
6. Establish/update the related frame/service contract (key function)
建立/更新相关的框架/服务合同（核心功能）；
7. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader 主管分配的其他工作任务；
Operations:
1. Create PO for the mentioned material or article/service above based on released purchase request, follow the delivery and good incoming and inspection
根据采购要求，对上述提及的物料或服务建立采购订单，跟踪交货及进货检验；
2. Be coordinator for the commodity above to support/handle the related questions and comments负责以上商品的协调工作，支持/处理相关问题和意见；
3. Invoice receipt/check and get release 处理后续对账和付款事宜；
4. Complete the related purchasing request from TCN_Purchase_request_inbox
完成TCN_Purchase_request_inbox的相关采购需求；
5. Other tasks assigned by team leader/cross functions teams

1. Academic Background: College degree or over 大学学历及以上
2. Which major preferred: Industrial engineering/Enterprise economic, tech. background is a plus 工业工程、企业经济、技术背景优先
3. Working experience: German study background and/or 3 years above at Mainstream working experiences in manufacturing industry 德国学习背景或三年以上制造行业的工作经验
4. Knowledge and skills: Excellent level of IT skills, especially in MS Excel, SAP is a plus 熟练的IT技能，特别是在Excel中的，会SAP系统操作者优先
5. Language: Good level of English (German is a plus) written and spoken 良好的英语水平（德语优先）
6. Other specific requirements: Team-work spirit, high motivation and passion of working，strong communication skills，Honesty and integrity are vital characteristics, Observe the regulations on the Employee's Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
