PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to plant management on the company’s compliance with department rules & procedures.
- Prepare & develop various presentations (ppt) for different events (i.e. seminars, training etc.)
- Develop statements of work, define schedule commitment, and produce various scheduled status reports (i.e. weekly, monthly, by due date etc.)
- Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel and guests (internal & external).
- Facilitate & lead department cross-functional projects / teams.
- Spokesperson and representative of plant for common yearly events such as company trip, annual CNY dinner etc.
- Completion & filing of official forms in accordance with company procedures (i.e. Capex application etc.)
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies (e-mail response plant manager)
- Maintain scheduling & event calendars (plant manager only)
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or other internal staff
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Coordinate conferences and meetings (meeting room management).
- Learn to operate new office technologies (methodologies) as they are developed and implemented.
- Manage assigned projects, and contribute to committee and teamwork.
- Review work done by others to check for correctness of information and data, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.

REQUIREMENTS
1) EDUCATION
Bachelor degree (business or industry related)
2) EXPERIENCE
1-3years working experience in a similar position.
3) SKILLS
- High level English
- Extensive knowledge of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, project management, Access database etc.)
- Strong communication & writing/typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (internal/external customer service oriented)
- Discretion, good judgment and the ability to work independently are important and required for this job
- Organizational or management ability & initiative driven
- Neat appearance / grooming
