Main responsibilities:
1.Capacity and space planning of production processes
从工程以及商务和工作研究的角度为新产品及更改产品计划装配和测试工艺
2.Investment and productivity planning and implementation
确定需求，对量产的项目进行投资、生产设备，基础设备，场地规划，原料周转和装配劳动力的资源规划和多项计划的实现
3.Preparation of production documents
协助项目的成本计算及确定包括制定合理有效项目方案，包括方案修订；
4.Assessment of local and international production equipment suppliers
评估本地和国际的生产设备供应商
5.Prepare instructions assembly and testing equipment
为装配与测试设备准备说明书
6.Launch management
推进管理
7.Identify, evaluate and select local production equipment suppliers，And provide technical procedures before the order finished , at the same time give supports on order processing
确定，评估并选择本地的生产设备供应商，并在订单完成前提供技术规程指导，同时协助处理订单确定方面事宜；
8.Plan, correct and optimize all processes until mass production
计划，纠正并优化所有的工序直至量产；
9.To prepare the technical, commercial and logistics requirements for the mass production; Participate in the management of the startup phase;
准备量产所需要的技术、商务和物流事宜；参与启动阶段的管理；
10.Development of IE team members
领导分析并优化当前的装配过程，确保达到FTE质量及环境标准要求；

Requirements:
1.Technical college diploma or University (Bachelor or Master degree)
大学本科以上学历，工程背景更佳
2.Minimally 4 years professional experience in IE leading position in automotive industry
至少4年汽车领域同岗位工作经验
3.Excellence in building teams based on open communication, trust, constructive conflict resolution
优秀的团队建设能力
4.Proven results in production capacity planning, productivity achievements, technology expertize
具备相应的能力，产能和专业技术方面的意见
5.Ability to follow news in technologies and drive in implementation of them
能够实时关注相关先进技术信息，并将其实现运用在工作中的能力
6.Experiences with launch management
有推行新项目的经验
7.In-depth knowledge of 5S, VSM, JIT and problem solving
掌握5S、VSM、JIT和问题解决工具
8.Leadership skill, Social competence, motivation, teaching
领导技能、社交技能、积极教学的工作态度
9.Excellent command of the English & Chinese language
良好的内部和外部沟通能力，包括和国外同事的沟通 |
