Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in management discipline, major in Human Resource Management is preferred.
2.More than 3 years working experiences in HR filed, at least 2 years hands on experience in recruiting function.
3.High integrity and sense of confidentiality, service minded, a logistic thinker and result-oriented performer, team work spirit.
4.Familiar with Chinese labor law and related regulations, expert in various recruiting channels and analysis.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, fluent written an oral in English, open minded, willingness to travel when needed, can be work under pressure.
职位要求:
1.管理类本科学历,人力资源管理专业优先;
2.三年以上人力资源从业经验,至少两年以上招聘从业经验;
3.为人正直,具有高度的保密意识和良好的服务理念,逻辑思维能力好,以结果为导向,思维敏捷,具备一定的人际洞察能力与应变能力;
4.熟悉劳动人事法律法规,精通各种招聘渠道及其分析;
具有较好的中英文沟通能力,性格外向,亲和力好,能承受一定的工作压力。
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain and develop recruiting channels, organize all the recruiting activities, support talent pool set up and management.
2.Statistic and analysis recruiting data to support future recruiting strategy.
3.Responsible for new employee on boarding and orientation, resignation handing.
4.Maintain and continuously develop HRIS.
5.Application of Gov. related allowances.
6.Provide global employee information and related analysis reports, timely update monthly O-C & headcount report and ensure accuracy.
7.Maintain attendance system and provide monthly attendance analysis reports.
8.Other duties assigned by Head.
职责:
1.维护和拓展招聘渠道,组织实施招聘活动,人才库建立、维护;
2.招聘模块相关数据的统计与分析;
3.负责新员工报到及入职培训,离职手续办理;
4.维护HRIS 以及不断的完善各类有意义的信息;
5.政府相关补贴申请;
6.负责集团内员工信息的整合及各类分析报表,负责公司组织架构更新及完善工作;
7.考勤系统的维护及考勤报表的出具和分析;
8.其它布置的任务。 |
