Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)
职位要求：
1. 学历：本科以上学历，动物医学类专业，有职业兽医师或助理兽医师资质或在实验动物设施，兽医院工作经历的优先/Academic degree: College or above in animal medicine; the candidate with assistant veterinarian or veterinarian certificate preferable; experience of working with in the laboratory animal facility or veterinary clinics preferable;
2. 语言：良好的沟通能力，普通话和英语/Good communication capability in mandarin and English;
3. 专业技能：具有坚实的实验动物兽医护理知识，如疾病诊断、治疗、剖检、大体病理等/Expertise skills: Solid knowledge and skills of veterinary care for laboratory animals including diagnosis, treatment, necropsy, gross pathology, etc.
4. 能够独立工作，细心，爱护动物，热爱兽医专业。有文字处理，电子表格的电脑知识。在需要的情况下可以在周日工作/Be able to work independently, attention to details, passionate about animals, be passionate about veterinarian career; good command of office software like word, excel and PPT; able to work overtime after daily work, at weekends or on holidays, if required.
Responsibilities:
职责：
1. 协助主治兽医对新进动物进行健康检查以及检疫期和适应期的其他相关过程/Assist the Attending veterinarian in newly received animal physical exam and other quarantine/acclimation processes;
2. 协助执行动物群体的健康监测和预防医学程序，包括哨兵动物的设置，送检，灵长类动物的体检和其它为诊断目的而进行的样品采集和检测/Assist in implementation of animal colony health surveillance and preventive medicine, including sentinel animal program, NHP semiannual physical examination and other sample collection and testing procedures for diagnosis purpose ；
3. 协助主治兽医收集相关信息，对患病动物进行兽医监护，照顾和治疗/Assist Attending Veterinarian in information collection and sick animal veterinary care；
4. 管理和维护兽医实验室，兽医设备和兽药，以确保适当的工作环境和材料/Manage and maintain the veterinary labs, devices and drugs to ensure appropriate work environment and materials；
5. 协助兽医对动物饲养环境进行检测，对饲养操作进行监督/Assist Attending Veterinarian in detection of vivarium environment and monitoring of husbandry procedures ；
6. 协助兽医或培训人员对技术人员进行实验动物相关技术培训/Assist AV or trainee in experimental technique training on laboratory animals；
7. 协助兽医对设施内动物福利措施的执行进行监督和检查，确保动物饲养和实验操作流程符合动物福利/Assist AV in monitoring and examination of animal welfare program implementation ensure the animal welfare during husbandry and experimental procedures；
8. 根据主兽医的指导和要求，对动物饲养、兽医护理相关SOP进行审核，修订或起草新SOP/Following instruction and requirement of AV, review, revise husbandry and veterinary care related SOPs or draft new SOPs；
9. 协助主兽医和EHS执行AAALAC计划描述（PD）中关于动物饲养，兽医护理和职业健康的相关项目/Assist AV in monitoring of implementation of procedures related to animal husbandry, veterinary care and EHS which are described in Program Description for AAALAC accreditation；
10. 根据需要，协助其它部门完成特定项目或任务/As required, assist the other departments in specific programs or tasks；
11. 完成死亡动物或根据实验需要安乐死动物的剖检，必要时进行组织学检查/Complete gross necropsy for found dead animals or euthanized animals based on study protocol and conduct histopathologic examination, if needed；
12. 完成其它管理层分配的任务/Complete other tasks assigned by management |
