| 工作描述： |
1.Assist the manager to arrange daily production to achieve the order such as daily shift planning (stuff and time schedule).
协助经理进行日常生产安排已达成订单需求，例如日常生产班次的安排（人员和时间）；
2.Coordinate with job planner, then adjust production arrangement accordance with the requirement to achieve the production plan or the urgent order.
协调生产计划员并根据计划及时调整生产安排以达成生产要求或急单的需求；
3.Supervisor all the regular work of the shop including the production, quality, efficiency and 5s, and assist the manager to improve it.
监督车间日常包括生产、质量、效率和5S在内的所有工作，并协助车间经理不断改善；
4.Cooperate with the QA colleagues to conduct the QMS including the material inspection, process quality cotroll, finished-goods check system. And perfect the shortcoming.
协助QA同事完成质量体系的执行，包括原材料的入厂检验，生产过程质量控制，成品质检等系统,并对不足加以完善；
5.Responsible for the monthly quality report and organize the monthly meeting to improve the quality continiously.
负责月度质量报告的编写并组织召开月度会议检讨不良持续改善；
6.Responsible for all questions related to Powder Coating
负责对喷涂问题的解释；
7.Responsible for all the test about powder coating including arranging powder coating test and approval, DIN A4 sample for each batch of production, sample production and quality controll.
负责喷涂相关的测试包括粉末测试及测试的批准，涉及订单的A4样存档以及样品的生产和质量控制等；
8.Responsible for test the new coating parameter, production technology and process, try to optimize it that can improve the quality and efficiency.
负责测试新的喷涂参数、技术以优化生产工艺提高生产质量和效率；
9.Responsible for ordering of all related production material goods (wooden pallets, packing foil, packing cartons, chemicals, hooks, etc.)
负责量产材料的请购（托盘, 包装膜，包装纸箱，化学品，挂钩等）；
10.Responsible for training monitoring and supervising of our shift leader and the entire team involved in the powder coating procedure, pre-treatment procedure, loading process and package.
负责班组长的培训与监督所有涉及喷涂操作流程、前处理操作流程、上挂、包装人员的培训

Qualifications Request /任职要求:
1.College degree or above, major in Mechanical,architecture etc.
大专及以上学历，机械、建筑及相关专业；
2.2+ related working experience in foreign company.
至少2年以上外企相关工作经验；
3.Active, high responsibility, can do work independently.
工作积极主动、责任心强，能独立完成工作；
4.Good organizational skills and work management ability.
很好的组织能力及工作管理能力；
5.Good at communincation, coordination and team work.
善于沟通；很好的团队合作意识；
6.Good etiquette and behavior, abide by company’s regulation and policy.
注重礼仪、礼貌，遵守公司规章；
7.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, writting is a prefer.
英语听说读写流利优先考虑；
8.Good skill of office software such as Word, Excel, CAD etc.
熟练操作办公自动化，如Word, Excel, CAD等。. |
