Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the claim from customer, investigate the defect mode and judge responsibility.
分析来自客户的投诉不良件，研究失效模式，并判定责任。
2. Perform component failure analysis with variable tools, such as: optical inspection, electrical function testing.
运用不同的失效分析工具，对不良件进行元器件分析。例如：电气功能测试。
3. Work with R&D to analyze the failure root cause, initiate the related preventive and corrective action
和研发一起工作，找到失效的根本原因，并执行预防性的, 正确的行动。
4. Support the failure analysis from production, and troubleshooting
支持生产线不良品的失效分析。
5. Improve Quality and reduce the claim from customer
质量改善，并减少来自客户的投诉不良件。
6. Maintain and upgrade the existing tester simulator and evaluate the new tester simulator.
维护并升级现有的测试模拟台，并且评估新的测试模拟台。
7. Provide technical support to field.
提供现场技术支持。
8. Accept safety education and training
接受安全教育和培训。
9. Abide the company's safety production rules and regulations and working instructions strictly.
遵守公司的安全生产规章制度，以及操作手册。
Requirements:
1． Over three years experience of the control system in elevator and escalator system
超过三年以上电梯控制系统的工作经验。
2． Understand electronic schematic, familiar with the analog and digital circuit.
能够理解电子原理图，熟悉模拟，数字电路。
3． Familiarity with different devices and component failure mode, such as: VF drive
熟悉不同电气装置和电气元器件的失效模式，例如：变频器
4. Good knowledge/experience in PCBA and component failure analysis,
有好的工作经验在PCBA和电子部件失效分析上。
5. Have demo analytical problem-solving skills
具备分析问题，并解决问题的能力
6. Experience about PLC using in control system
有PLC的工作经验。 |
