| 工作描述： |
1、 Reponsible for color harmonization improvement by cooperating with master batch supplier.
2、 Responsible for daily product color follow up for all spin production yarn and analyze and record all color variation deatil if any color is with shading.
3、Respossible for establish spin product color archive, work out color developing plan based on customer's feedback.
4、Responsible for color concentrate modification at domestic Color concentrate supplier if any color shading stopped.
5、Responsible weekly monthly color summary and analysis, and work out next action plan.
6、Cooperating with logistic on cost saving to do color development at domestic color concentrate supplier to short the circle of color developmet for customer and delivery time on customer order
7、 Responsible for spin product master management, update and change master based on customer's feedback and Headquarter's color development.
8、Cooperating with sample department to do color developmet on customer new sample.
9、Be responsible to organize to do color mixing and matching，make it can be used by maximum for left color concentrate and UDY yarn in inventory.
10、 Be responsible spin product color inspection grading as well as harmonization in color checking and standard.
11、 To finish other job on data statistics and analysis in product quality testing. |
