| 工作描述： |
1. 全面负责物料采购管理工作，审核采购月度、季度和年度计划，并组织推动实施；
Overall responsible for the management of material purchasing, review monthly, quarterly and annual purchasing plan, and organize the implementation.
2. 组织采购谈判，负责公司所有所需物品的采购工作。
Organize procurement negotiations, to procure the company required related items.
3. 对采购的原材料、零配件质量异常反馈的信息及时处理负责。
For purchase of raw materials, spare parts quality abnormal feedback is responsible for the timely processing of information.
4. 推动开展物料采购询价、比价、谈判、采购合同签订和货款承付，有效降低物料采购成本。
Promote to carry out the material purchasing inquiry, comparison, negotiation and procurement contract signing and payment for goods, effectively reduce the material purchasing cost.
5. 做好对供应商和客户的管理、分析与评估，选择优质供应商，培养优质客户。

6. 组织并实施采购费用管理和控制。
