Main responsibilities
1.Assist manager to deal with routine HR & Adm. issues;
协助处理日常人事行政工作;
2.Responsible for regular new staff orientation training and assist in local staff training and development programs;
负责新员工职前培训,协助员工做好培训发展计划;
3.Make annual training plans according to the needs of business development and group requirements;
根据公司的业务发展需要及集团要求,制定公司年度培训计划;
4.Analyse training requirements to ensure that in the training budget. Develop various training channels to implement training plans effectively;
分析培训需求,确保在培训预算内,开发多种培训渠道,有效实施培训计划;
5.Execute training plans and analyse training effectiveness regularly. Make improvement proposals to reduce training cost and improve training effectiveness;
执行培训计划,定期分析培训效果,提出改进建议,不断降低培训成本和提高培训有效性;
6.Improve and implement internal trainer policy, develop and set up trainer team to meet the internal training requirements;
完善和执行内部培训师政策,开发建立培训师团队,以满足公司内部培训需求;
7.Execute training plans to ensure the maintenance of training statistics timely and accurately;
执行培训计划,确保培训数据维护及时准确;
8.Be responsible for making and analysing training report to meet the training requirements;
负责培训报告的制作和分析,满足企业对培训的需求。
9.Work in HR system, maintain and update staffs’ personal database;
在人力资源系统下工作,维护并更新员工的数据库;
10.Assist in organizing company activities;
协助组织公司的相关活动;
11.Assist manager to do work of performance appraisal;
协助绩效考核工作;
12.Establish and maintain good relationship with each department.
与各部门保持良好的关系。

Requirements to candidates:
1.Colleague degree or above
专科以上学历
2.At least 3 years HR experiences in manufacturing company, have Solid experience in T&D;
至少3年以上制造业人事工作经验,在培训方面有扎实的经验
3.Good at English listening, reading, writing and spoken;
良好的英语读写听说能力
4.Great communication skills, Capable to co-operate with other departments;
沟通能力强,善于与其它部门合作
5.Can cope with great volume of work;
能应对大量工作
6.Great team spirit character, great organization skills;
强烈的团队合作精神,组织能力强
7.Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks;
乐于学习,并能安排处理多种事务。
8.Be familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.
能熟练使用办公软件如Word, Excel及PPT等。
