| 工作描述： |
• Develop QA processes based on best practices used at other Innophos production and sales facilities, adapt to local requirement and create documentation.
• Conduct laboratory analyses for product certification, both directly and through the use of subordinates, including routine and non-routine laboratory, plant analytical and environmental testing
• Keep records of all testing, certificates of analyses. Catalogue and control reserved samples
• Conduct audits to ensure packaging and raw material suppliers fulfil Innophos’ expectations.
• Responsible for the laboratory safety, and administration of approved methods and procedures.
• In cooperation with the General Manager and Production Manager, establish and maintain manufacturing specifications for products and raw materials specifications. Develop database of customer-specific specifications.
• Investigate customer quality complaints and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
• Responsible for recommendations, advice, and assistance in establishing practices and procedures for process control in production units, including development and maintenance of HACCP plans.

• Technical degree in chemistry or food science strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience operating in a food or food additives environment
• Working knowledge of QA/QC and regulatory requirements of new and existing products
• Technical Skills: must posses a high degree of technical knowledge obtained through experience in the fields described above. Must be PC literate and proficient on the use of spreadsheet and database software for analytical tasks.
• Interpersonal and Communications Skills: must possess excellent communication skills. The position will require interaction with regulatory bodies and transfer of knowledge to internal and external customers.
• Excellent investigation and auditing skills
• Working knowledge of English
