Job Responsibilities
1) Understand and control all productions steps and processes
2) Continually improve the assembly processes
3) Be actively involved in daily support to production lines and perform troubleshooting
4) Prepare and update the production documents (work instructions, assembly instructions, etc...)
5) Train the setters

Qualification Requirements
1) More than 3 years work experience in manufacturing process control and improvement
2) Mechanical Bachelor degree and above
3) Proficient in english using (speaking german is plus)
