Mission 任务
To organize and distribute work among the members of a production team consisting of several workers in order to
reach established production and quality targets.
管理生产车间和操作工，操作工之间工作分配，保证生产和质量目标的实现。
Main responsibilities 职责
To train new workers in practice and theory. 在理论和实践方面培训新工人
To supervise the work of his/her team, providing the instructions required to correct any possible
deviations.管理指导车间员工，及时纠正可能发生的错误。
To perform specific production line tasks. 更进具体生产线任务
To fill in documents and forms concerning production, quality, presence, etc.填写生产、质量的相关表格
To make sure that the expected quality standards are achieved for processes and products. 确保实现过程和产品目标
Required education
College degree above, major in mechanical, or related engineering. 大专以上学历，机械或工程相关专业
Required experience
4 years above in production positions. Be familiar with auto components manufactory process of assembly. Experience of injection and painting is preferred. 四年以上汽车配件行业生产工作经验。熟悉装配工艺。有注塑和喷涂经验者尤佳。
Required language
Good command of both English and Mandarin
