主要职责 Duties and Responsibilities：
1 Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes and related equipment.
2 Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, developing processes, training team members, and evaluating the results.
3 Confer with management, engineering, production, quality and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
4 Confer with sales, planning, and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods and quality results.
5 Design, develop, test, and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.
6 Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
7 Represent manufacturing/engineering on cross-functional teams.
8 Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
