Maintain and improve assigned products, including 3D model modifications, drawing updates, BOM maintenance, assembly documentation and engineering changes. 维护和改进指定产品，包括三维模型修改、图纸更新、BOM维护、装配文件及工程变更。 Analyze issues from production, assembly, service or customer sites, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions or design improvements. 分析生产、装配、服务或客户现场问题，开展根因分析，并落实纠正措施或设计改进。 Support cost reduction and component localization through design optimization, material selection, manufacturing process improvement, supplier technical evaluation and alternative component assessment. 通过设计优化、材料选型、制造工艺改进、供应商技术评估及替代零部件评估，支持降本和零部件本地化。 Support pre-sales and after-sales activities, including sample testing, technical clarification, equipment demonstrations, pre-acceptance inspections, troubleshooting, customer complaint analysis, on-site technical support and application training when required. 支持售前及售后相关工作，包括样品测试、技术澄清、设备演示、发货前预验收、故障排查、客户投诉分析，并根据需要提供现场技术支持及应用培训。 Participate in selected product transfer and localization projects from Germany to China, including feasibility assessment, technical coordination, prototype build, testing, validation and documentation. 参与德国产品向中国转移及本地化项目，包括可行性评估、技术协调、样机试制、测试、验证及技术文件工作。 Coordinate assigned product improvement and localization activities with Engineering teams in China and Germany and with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Service and suppliers; track milestones, actions and technical risks, and report or escalate significant issues in a timely manner. 与中德研发团队以及生产、采购、质量、销售、服务和供应商协作，推进产品改进及本地化工作；跟踪里程碑、行动项及技术风险，并及时汇报和升级重大问题。 Perform other duties as required. 按要求完成其他工作。 |

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline; 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化或相关技术专业； 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design, product engineering, industrial equipment development or a comparable engineering role; 8-10年机械设计、产品工程、工业设备研发或类似工程岗位经验； Hands-on experience in product maintenance, engineering changes and continuous improvement; experience in product transfer & localization, cost engineering, supplier qualification is basic; 具有产品维护、工程变更及持续改进的实操经验；具备产品转移&本地化、成本工程、供应商资格评审方面的经验是基本要求； Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and technical drawings; familiar with tolerancing, BOMs, technical documentation and engineering change processes; 熟练使用SolidWorks进行三维建模和工程制图；熟悉公差、BOM、技术文件及工程变更流程； Experience in electrical or electromechanical product development is preferred, including electrical component selection, schematic review, wiring design, prototype integration, testing and troubleshooting; familiarity with motors, sensors, drives, controllers and industrial communication interfaces is an advantage; 具备电气或机电产品开发经验者优先，包括电气元件选型、原理图评审、布线设计、样机集成、测试及故障排查；熟悉电机、传感器、驱动器、控制器及工业通信接口者更佳； Good knowledge of conventional machining processes, materials, assembly methods and standard mechanical components; able to evaluate equivalent replacements based on functionality, quality, cost and availability; 熟悉常规机械加工工艺、材料、装配方式及标准机械零部件；能够从功能、质量、成本和供货角度评估等效替代方案； Experience in root-cause analysis, corrective actions, product testing and design validation; awareness of quality, manufacturability and lifecycle cost; 具有根因分析、纠正措施、产品测试及设计验证经验，具备质量、可制造性及全生命周期成本意识； Experience in materials testing equipment, analytical instruments, industrial machinery, automation or electromechanical products is advantageous; candidates with hands-on electrical development, control system integration or machine electrical architecture experience will be given priority; 具备材料试验设备、分析仪器、工业机械、自动化或机电产品经验者优先；具有电气开发、控制系统集成或设备电气架构实操经验的候选人将优先考虑； Able to coordinate small or medium engineering projects and work effectively with cross-functional and international teams; 能够协调中小型工程项目，并与跨职能及国际团队有效合作； Good command of written and spoken English for technical documentation, emails and project meetings; 具备良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，能够处理技术文件、邮件及参加项目会议； Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, initiative and teamwork; willing to undertake a balanced mix of maintenance, technical support and project work; 具备较强的责任心、主人翁意识、主动性和团队合作精神；愿意承担合理比例的产品维护、技术支持及项目工作； Able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and ERP or similar business systems. 能够使用Microsoft Office、Outlook、ERP或类似业务系统。 |
